Moon Flow | Yoga & Meditation Rooted in the Cycles of the Moon

Connect with nature's rhythm and honor all of our phases as we lean into to the energies of the new and full moons.

During these 90-minute classes, we’ll move through some grounding yoga and breathwork, with the intent of helping you feel a little more at ease and connected to your body. Then you'll be led through a Yoga Nidra practice, that will help you tune into the present moment. We’ll close with a long, luxurious savasana to allow the magic of the practice to truly settle in.

Each class will be rooted in and inspired by the energy of the current astrological season, and there will be time left at the end for journaling and community.

You may like to bring an extra blanket and pillow, to ensure maximum coziness, a journal, and a mug for tea 🍵
